I'm Nicole, I'm 21 years, and I live in São Paulo.
My professional journey has been focused on the Human Resources, where I've valuable experiences. Among my previous and current responsibilities, I highlight event and onboarding planning and execution, internal communications, end-to-end recruitment processes, creation and implementation of intern mentoring and PDI programs, and participation in D&I committees.
I always seek to connect with the people around me and find ways to help. Since I was 15, I have been involved in volunteer work across various causes that I consider essential for social impact.
Additionally, I am a Psychology student at UNICID, where I am committed to becoming an exemplary professional capable of contributing to the promotion and maintenance of mental health.
I began my journey in the workforce with 15 years, and have continuously sought to enhance my skills, taking courses such as Administrative Assistant at Instituto Proa, as well as language, digital marketing, and other courses. And I won't stop here!
