As a bachelor in Computer Science, full of thirst for knowledge, I work with a focus on ensuring data quality for the main telecommunications operators in Brazil, concentrating my expertise on monitoring and conducting exploratory, functional and regression tests for mobile network data. My main goal is to become an expert in Data Science, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data, converting it into insights and strategic recommendations to enhance decision-making and improve customer performance through machine learning models.

I focus my skills on analyzing graphs using Grafana and other internal tools, conducting API tests, and opening tickets to monitor TTKs. I highlight my experience supporting and monitoring Linux servers, troubleshooting services such as ASF, JBOSS, and Zookeeper, and data reprocessing, and queries in Oracle and Postgres Databases.
